FRAMES is a series of paintings which will be displayed at the Auditorium Santa Margherita during the Ca’ Foscari Short Film Festival.
Lanfranco Lanza was born in Venice in 1952, where he studied art at the Accademia di Venezia. He has taken part to various researches on the world of popular music and participated to several national and international festivals with the teatro di Figura. He taught Italian theatre and stagecraft in Germany and Austria. He collaborated in tours and theatrical season with numerous national and international actors among which the company La commune of Dario Fo and Franca Rame. In collaboration with several institution and private national television company, he curated the direction of animation and events in the show business, like the direction of grand opera. He has been exposing his works in Germany, Austria, and Venice where he lived until 2006. Since then he lives and works in Treviso.
