SYNOPSIS: Xiuzhen is not only a nurse but also a mother. Her daughter is hospitalized. One day, she learns that her daughter’s conditions have worsened. There is only one dose left of the antidote which can save her life. How should she behave as she finds herself in two different positions at the same time?
PROFILE: Cheng-En Wang was born in Taiwan in 1988. Graduated from Motion Picture at the National Taiwan University of Arts. Every creation is a dissection of himself: organizing his life experiences, transforming them into art forms and finally showing them to audiences as films. He prefers to speak to the public through films rather than through words. The Antidote is based on his life experiences. It is also a way to thank life and and his family since he can still have a beautiful life after all the suffering
