Luisa Zanoncelli, full professor for Musicology until 2010 (Universities of Lecce, Udine and Turin), is specialised in the history of music theory and of music aesthetics from ancient Greek to the 19th century. She has been scientific director of research projects financed by MIUR, Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia, Regione Piemonte, and by the UE Commission, among which ‘Cabiria’, in collaboration with Annarita Colturato (focused on cataloguing and valorisation of film music documents preserved in Piemonte). She has been Vicedirector of the research Lab Mirage, University of Udine (restauration of historical audio documents) for 10 years. From 2013 to 2018 she has been the president of the scientific committee of the Foundation Ugo and Olga Levi in Venice.
