SYNOPSIS: Zeliha works as the only midwife in the village and every time she helps other women give birth, she feels incomplete. One day, the nobleman of the village (Sami), knocks on her door. He is in the company of a woman who is expecting his baby, conceived outside his own marriage. The woman is ready to give birth. However, Sami gives Zeliha and her husband Ahmet a large sum of money and leaves the two people to take care of the baby and of a body.
PROFILE: Hüsnegül Çelik was born in Nevşehir, Turkey, in 1996. He graduated from Cappadocia Vocational School, Department of Social Services, in 2017. Unable to study cinema at university, he is now enrolled in the Department of Justice at the Anatolian University. Yet, cinema has been and still is part of his life. He has worked on his own to improve and to nourish his passion for cinema.
