SYNOPSIS: Innocence often makes us commit actions that can lead to unexpected and at times catastrophic consequences. According to the “chaos theory” the bifurcation point is a state of the system, a sort of fracture where the smallest impact can lead to a drastic change of one’s destiny. An innocent joke becomes the “bifurcation point” for both the main characters, twenty-year-old Artem and the wise experienced police officer.
PROFILE: Leonid Gardash was born in Moscow. He graduated from VGIK College, specializing in sound engineering. He worked as a video projection engineer at the Bolshoi theatre of Russia. Currently a fourth-year student of the faculty of film directing at VGIK.
