SYNOPSIS: Lisbon, 1973. Roberto is a boxer, Almeida is a member of the Political Police. Almeida orders Roberto to lose his next boxing match so that he can profit from the settlement of his bets. Roberto, who had always been indifferent to the country’s political situation, is forced to put his pride aside. César is Roberto’s older brother and has countless debts with Almeida. The time to pay has come.
PROFILE: Bruno Polónio, Portuguese, was born on December 5th, 1991. He studied Cinema, Video and Multimedia (2009-2013) at the ULHT (University Lusófona of Humanities and Technologies), in Lisbon. While still a student, he also worked at the Portuguese Cinematheque and for a Portuguese Television Soap Opera Company. Cinema is his biggest passion, which led him to make his first short film, Ronde, in 2014. In his spare time Bruno loves watching films and reading books.
