SYNOPSIS: A psychological drama based on true events describes the post-war destinies of a former representative of the Protectorate collaboration and the leader of the so-called Curatorium for the Education of Youth in Bohemia and Moravia, Dr. František Teuner. In a communist prison of the 1950s, he gained the sympathy of most prisoners with his dedicated approach as a prison doctor. However, Karel Kalina – is not among them.
PROFILE: Ondřej Veverka was born in Tvarožná Lhota near Strážnice in South Moravia. He was involved in both directing fiction and documentary films. In the field of filmmaking he also works as a screenwriter and editor. Currently he is studying feature film directing at The Film Academy of Miroslav Ondříček in Písek (FAMO). However, his hobbies include not only work connected with film, but also playing guitar, drawing, searching with a metal detector, reading, hiking and many others. He is a person who simply does not like to spend time doing nothing.
