SYNOPSIS: The happy prairie family falls apart when the father is murdered by a poacher. The young son struggles to bring his mother back to reality from her delusions caused by pain.
PROFILE: Wang Haonan is a young sculpture and first time director. He studied directing in Beijing Film Academy and made his short film debut, Unen. Before that, he had participated in several film and TV projects as a screenwriter and art designer. His sculptures were exhibited and collected in renowned galleries, including 798 Art Zone in Beijing and Liaoning Gallery. His independent works mostly feature the creatures and life on the prairie.
