SYNOPSIS: Spain, 1940s. Two young seamstress sisters, Maruxa and Coralia, have their lives changed during the Civil War. In resistance to the Franco dictatorship, the anarchists leave their house every day at two o’clock. Years later, they become the most photographed women in Santiago de Compostela, land of pilgrims. To find out what Maruxa and Coralia did, director Uliane Tatit travels to the Galician capital and follows the paths made by the two sisters.
PROFILE: 26 years. Brazilian. Journalist and film director. With the short film Margarida decide falar (2021), she won a government funding through the Mostra Vidas Femininas, organized by the Museu da Pessoa. Her projects are generally political and are committed to creating stories about women.
