SYNOPSIS: Ten-year-old Gigi lives with his family in the back of a small Georgian cafe that they own and run in a Moscow suburb. Gigi’s life takes a drastic turn when his father is pressured into sheltering a stranger who turns out to be a criminal on the run.
PROFILE: Salome was born in 1990 in the city of Tskaltubo in Georgia. When she was four years old, her family immigrated to Russia. Salome got her first degree from Moscow State University, where she studied Public Relations. Her first involvement in film making was as a production designer. Salome has always had a passion for films and storytelling.
