SYNOPSIS: The film tells the story of an online-car-hailing driver who finds a large sum of money, and in the process of finding the owner, he attempts to take the money for himself to buy a new house to alleviate the family conflict caused by overcrowded housing. The film is an attempt to show the life of the underclass and the struggle of humanity in the face of the impact of the internet economy.
PROFILE: Chinese young screenwriter and director. Currently studying for MA Film at Queen’s University Belfast. Worked as a teacher with Theatre, Film and Television Directing Department at Hebei Institute of Communications in China and made several award-winning short films.
