The three Jury members will be the protagonists of the usual Special program of the jury during which they will meet the audience and in which their short films and other extracts from their works will be screened. A unique opportunity to get to know them as artists and professionals. Roberta Torre will present some excerpts from her last work Riccardo goes to hell (2017), an inventive contemporary re-elaboration in musical form of the famous Shakespearean tragedy, starring Massimo Ranieri and Sonia Bergamasco. Hiroki Hayashi will show to the audience the short film Soul Journey – To the future of Nanto (2015), in which the idea that the future is based on our past shows the charm of Nanto’s area, also by emphasizing its nature, its landscapes and the way of life passed through generations. Finally, Marcin Bortkiewic will bring to Venice his Early Learning (2009), a short documentary about Mikołaj, an oceanography student teaching a seal born in captivity how to live in its natural habitat.
