SYNOPSIS: Samuel undergoes an experimental sound therapy that helps him to re-live memories once recorded. One by one, he revisits past moments that had shaped his relationship with his parents in the final months before his father’s death. When Samuel tries to go beyond the limits of technology, the therapy goes out of control.
PROFILE: Ido Gotlib is an award winning emerging film director, born in 1999 in Haifa, Israel. He is currently a student at Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf (Potsdam, Germany). He participated in many international film festivals, where he was awarded and nominated for his films The Runaway and The Boy. Fragments of Us premiered at the Busan International Short Film Festival (Oscar-Qualifying) and in North-America at the Hollywood Shorts FF. His upcoming film is in post-production and co-produced with one of the key European TV channels – 3sat.
